SHIPPING & RETURNS


Package shipping


As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through Nacex or UPS with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

In orders where the total amount with VAT exceeds € 1,000, shipping costs will be free (only applicable to shipments within the peninsula, and if the package does not exceed 5Kgs of total weight).

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

QUALITY WARRANTY / REPOSITION OF DAMAGES


Our electronic and mechanical devices have a guarantee of quality of material and elaboration of 24 months from the delivery. Exception: All products purchased by companies located outside the EU (European Union) will only have a warranty period of 12 months.

The higher guarantee periods that appear in the online store will be respected. In case of defective merchandise, we can choose between solving the defect or replacing the merchandise. If we can not solve the problem or need a long period of time to do so, the client may request the cancellation of the order and the return of the price of the product.

Wear components such as, for example, pocket lamp bulbs, batteries, etc. are exempt from the guarantee. Damage caused by knocks, breakages or improper use of the instruments are also excluded from the guarantee.

The customer will be responsible for the transportation costs of the damaged equipment to our facilities, for valuation as a guarantee, as well as the collection costs of the same.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


We guarantee the right of return within 30 days after delivery, except for unjustified damages due to misuse of the supplied material. If you are not happy with an item, call us, we will make the return and block the bill collection. Returns must be made without signs of use in the products and in the original packaging. The danger and the expenses of the return transport run from your account. There is no possibility of returning certificates, since they have been issued in your name.

Under the provisions of the Law of Retail Trade, the customer has a right of withdrawal to exercise within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer.

To exercise this right the usual procedure will be as follows, you should contact OPTIMIZA PROTECTIVE & CONSULTING, S.L. by phone or through the contact email address that appears on the web, indicating that you wish to exercise the return of the product and adding:

· Order number.

· Serial number of the product.

Once the notification has been received, we will proceed to process the return indicating the address to which the product must be sent (the direct costs of transport and the return will be borne by the buyer).

Once the product has been received by OPTIMIZA PROTECTIVE & CONSULTING, SL, which must be accompanied by the original invoice, and checked the status of the same, the full amount will be returned (minus the shipping costs), by the same means that payment had been made.

In any case, only the return of those products that keep their original packaging intact, that have not been damaged and that have not been unsealed, will be accepted.
